Wolfers Lighting worked closely with the design coordinator for the project, Angela Rotondo from Polhemus Savery DaSilva Architects/Builders. Angela selected wonderful lighting fixtures throughout the home—ones that really bring the space to life. And now's your chance to see the results in person, all while supporting a good cause: Boston Children's Hospital.

Wolfers Lighting Sample Sale Still Going Strong

Posted on Sep 07, 2016 by Steve

Last month, we highlighted the incredible sample sale* we have going on in both showrooms, specifically the great offerings from The Minka Group.

Today, we're shining the spotlight on Hudson Valley Lighting fixtures, including the following, all of which you can get for 40% off through the month of September (while supplies last).

As our regular blog readers know, we're huge fans of Hudson Valley Lighting's timeless style and fantastic quality.

1. The Edison 2-Light Sconce in Polished Nickel. There are so many reasons to love this fixture. The mouth-blown "schoolhouse glass," vintage cast socket holders, and classic American design are just a few.

New Coastal Finish from Hubbardton Forge Protects Outdoor Lighting

Posted on Sep 02, 2016 by Andrea

Back in June, we journeyed to Dallas for the second installment of "Lightovation," the biannual event where lighting manufacturers unveil their newest products.

We fell in love with many exciting items, but one stood out: Hubbardton Forge's new coastal outdoor finish. This finish is exciting for a couple of reasons:

1. Hubbardton Forge designed the powder-coated finish specifically for harsh coastal environments. Hubbardton Forge defines coastal as within a 20-mile radius of Boston-- meaning that the metro Boston area can also benefit from this specially formulated finish. Hubbardton put a lot of work into perfecting its formula: they tested the finish in a 5% saline mist 24/7 to make sure the fixtures didn't rust, peel, or flake. Like we said: GREAT news for outdoor lighting. (Psst: we recently toured Hubbardton Forge—get all the details.)

2. Hubbardton offers the finish in six incredible colors. Allow us to show them off…

Coastal Mahogany. Mahogany is such a classy color, isn't it? Imagine a lighting product in this finish at your front door. Talk about an elegant entrance!
